CORE Confidence Guarantee — Terms

• This voluntary satisfaction guarantee is available to first-time Macropod Nutrition customers on one tub

of CORE WHEY ISOLATE.

• Contact Macropod Nutrition to request a return within 30 days after delivery, including your order

number. We will provide return instructions.

• You may open and try the product. There is no minimum quantity of protein that must remain. Return

the original tub, including any remaining contents.

• Pay for standard tracked return postage initially and keep the receipt. We reimburse reasonable,

verified standard tracked return postage upon receipt of the returned tub and postage receipt.

• Once the returned tub has been received, we refund the purchase price paid for the eligible tub and

reimburse the qualifying return postage. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded under this

voluntary satisfaction guarantee.

• This voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not limit or exclude, rights and remedies under the

Australian Consumer Law. Where the law requires a different remedy, the law prevails.
